Just so everyone knows All is back in order as far as shipping:
We are processing and shipping around the clock.
If ordered by 4pm Eastern Mon – Friday it will go out the same day.
Saturday by 12 noon it will go out the same day. Sundays we are processing, so it goes out Monday Morning.

I am looking to receive a refund and/or get my product ordered. Rod said to say he would double my order. I just wonder how to go about the whole refund and getting more product sent.

WOW!! I started looking for another supplier for another dye.
I would usually order 3 packs at a time (Harvest Moon) but I am hesitant as I almost lost my money…I was refunded, my amount.
I made phone calls, sent e-mails etc numerous times over a period of several months.
How do I know this is legit? You could say you are legit but I thought Harvest Moon/Henna Hut was legit also.

I have been answering emails around the clock for over 2 weeks straight. I am tired but almost done and caught up. It is hard because they had several different emails. I am finding more.
