Red hair color, in fact, goes back thousands of years and is still the rarest hair color on the planet.ย Our red tones show up much better on lighter-colored hair, and black hair hardly at all. Mix Any Color
The wonderful thing is you can mix any of our colors to create even more colors! The possibilities are endless; remember, what matters is what color you start with. The darker your hair, the brighter or deeper the red you will need. If you have light-colored hair and want a reddish-brown, then you might want to turn your attention to mahogany. Mahogany is dark brown with red highlights and very close to our dark brown. If you want to dye your hair more of a Julianne Moore copper brown, then you will need a copper top and a darker auburn on medium-colored hair. If your hair is lighter, just mix in some brown for a deeper natural copper-red.
- On dark brown hair, it will give a mahogany color

- For a strawberry blond or to do touch-ups, mix up some natural red, mix with your favorite shampoo, or apply like a shampoo in the shower, leave on just a few minutes, and rinse and shampoo. Make sure to wear gloves! It will stain your hair and hands but not your face. For more red, leave on 5-10 minutes before rinsing.

What Shade is Best For You?
We all understand redheads really have more fun, so do not beat yourself up too much on this one!ย If you have darker colored hair you have fewer options than the mere blond. But you can certainly give any darker colors a red hue and stand out in the sunshine as the sun lights up the red highlights in your hair. If you have light-colored hair, have fun with different shades, starting with lighter and working your way up. Just remember it is hard to go lighter without the use of chemicals. If you have brown hair you are limited to natural red, burgundy, deep red, or mahogany.

I never knew the severity of it until a customer named Dane called and said the reason he went โnatural is that two women he worked with decided to use toxic red on their hair, and it killed both of them. No chemicals mean this color will not lighten your current hair color. This color will turn gray/white/silver/blonde hair to a vibrant shade of red/orange, a very โnatural redheadโ shade. Any darker strand of hair will because very beautiful shades of auburn give a multi-tonal coloring.
100 grams powder is enough to do mid-back length hair one application. The length of your hair will stay this color, only the new hair growth will need to be touched up as it comes in. Typically hair grows about 1/ 4 inch a month.

HAIR APPLICATION:
WASH HAIR TWICE WITH CLARIFYING SHAMPOO, NO CONDITIONER, TOWEL DRY BEFORE APPLICATION. DAMP IS GOOD, DRY IS OK. DO NOT FORGET TO WEAR GLOVES, COVER FLOORS, AND CLOTHES!

- MIX POWDER WITH ENOUGH WARM TAP WATER (ABOUT 1 ยผ CUP TO 1 ยฝ CUP PER 100 GRAMS) UNTIL YOU GET A PUDDING LIKE CONSISTENCY.
APPLY IMMEDIATELY TO HAIR STARTING FROM THE BACK TO FRONT IN LAYERS, PRESSING PASTE DOWN AS YOU GO ALONG. IF USING A SHOWER CAP AFTER BE SURE TO MAKE HOLES IN THE SHOWER CAP FOR AIR.
LEAVE-IN HAIR FOR 45 MINUTES, NO LONGER THAN 1.5 HOURS AND RINSE UNTIL THE WATER RUNS CLEAR (IF YOU HAVE THICK OR CURLY HAIR YOU CAN USE A CREAM CONDITIONER TO HELP RINSE.). DO NOT SHAMPOO LESS HAIR THAN 18 HOURS OR WAIT MORE THAN 48 HOURS, 24 IS IDEAL.
BEARD APPLICATION:

- CLEAN FACIAL HAIR/SIDEBURNS GENTLY WITH SHAMPOO USING A TOOTHBRUSH OR BEARD BRUSH TWICE. DO NOT SCRUB HARD AS THIS CAN IRRITATE SKIN! NOT USING A BRUSH WILL NOT REMOVE FACIAL OIL. USE A BRUSH!
- MIX ENOUGHย TAPย WATER (DO NOT USE DISTILLED OR BOTTLED WATER) TO GET A THICK PUDDING CONSISTENCY (MIX ONLY WHAT YOU NEED AND STORE THE REMAINING POWDER IN A ZIPLOCK BAG IN A COOL DRY PLACE).
- USING A SPOON OR APPLICATION BRUSH APPLY EVENLY TO FACIAL HAIR UNTIL COMPLETELY COVERED. BE SURE TO COVER ALL HAIRS. IF TIPS OF HAIR STICK OUT, THEY WILL NOT BE COLORED LEAVING A PEPPERED EFFECT. LEAVE ON FOR 35-45 MINUTES (NO LONGER THAN 1 HOUR) AND RINSE. YOU CAN SHAMPOO 12 -24 HOURS LATER. NO LONGER THAN 48 HOURS.
TIPS: GRAY OR WHITE HAIR MAY TURN RED/GREEN FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS, DARKENING OVERNIGHT. DYE HAIR EARLY EVENING.
DYE WILL NOT PERMANENTLY STAIN THE FACE OR HAIRLINE. IF DYE IS PRESENT ON THE FACE IT WILL BE GONE IN SEVERAL HOURS.
