Deep Red
This color will turn gray/white/silver/blonde hair into a vibrant cherry red shade. Any darker strands of hair will become very beautiful shades of deep red giving multi-tonal coloring.
Mix with browns for super-rich browns. Deep red will not make your hair go lighter. If you have black hair, deep red will only show as a tint. Deep red is great for dark brown and lighter colors. White hair will be very bright and might need a second application to deepen it up, or you can mix indigo or browns in with it. You can mix any EarthDye colors to create more colors.
No chemicals mean this color will not lighten your current hair color.
Deep red hair dye works on all hair types. All-natural plant product; no chemicals, no PPD, no ammonia, no metallic salts
100 grams powder is enough to do mid-back length hair one application. The length of your hair will stay this color, only the new hair growth will need to be touched up as it comes in. Typically hair grows about 1/ 4 inch a month.

HAIR APPLICATION:
WASH HAIR TWICE WITH CLARIFYING SHAMPOO, NO CONDITIONER, TOWEL DRY BEFORE APPLICATION. DAMP IS GOOD, DRY IS OK. DO NOT FORGET TO WEAR GLOVES, COVER FLOORS AND CLOTHES!
- MIX POWDER WITH ENOUGH WARM TAP WATER (ABOUT 1 ¼ CUP TO 1 ½ CUP PER 100 GRAMS) UNTIL YOU GET A PUDDING-LIKE CONSISTENCY.
- APPLY IMMEDIATELY TO HAIR STARTING FROM THE BACK TO FRONT IN LAYERS, PRESSING PASTE DOWN AS YOU GO ALONG. IF USING A SHOWER CAP AFTER BE SURE TO MAKE HOLES IN THE SHOWER CAP FOR AIR.
- LEAVE IN HAIR 45 MINUTES, NO LONGER THAN 1.5 HOURS AND RINSE UNTIL THE WATER RUNS CLEAR (IF YOU HAVE THICK OR CURLY HAIR YOU CAN USE A CREAM CONDITIONER TO HELP RINSE.). DO NOT SHAMPOO LESS HAIR THAN 18 HOURS OR WAIT MORE THAN 48 HOURS, 24 IS IDEAL.
BEARD APPLICATION:
NOT FOLLOWING THESE INSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN POOR RESULTS. EARTHDYE IS PERMANENT AND EASY TO APPLY.
- CLEAN FACIAL HAIR/SIDEBURNS GENTLY WITH SHAMPOO USING A TOOTHBRUSH OR BEARD BRUSH TWICE. DO NOT SCRUB HARD AS THIS CAN IRRITATE SKIN! NOT USING A BRUSH WILL NOT REMOVE FACIAL OIL. USE A BRUSH!
- MIX ENOUGH TAP WATER (DO NOT USE DISTILLED OR BOTTLED WATER) TO GET A THICK PUDDING-LIKE CONSISTENCY (MIX ONLY WHAT YOU NEED AND STORE THE REMAINING POWDER IN A ZIPLOCK BAG IN A COOL DRY PLACE).
- USING A SPOON OR APPLICATION BRUSH APPLY EVENLY TO FACIAL HAIR UNTIL COMPLETELY COVERED. BE SURE TO COVER ALL HAIRS. IF TIPS OF HAIR STICK OUT, THEY WILL NOT BE COLORED LEAVING A PEPPERED EFFECT. LEAVE ON FOR 35-45 MINUTES (NO LONGER THAN 1 HOUR) AND RINSE. YOU CAN SHAMPOO 12 -24 HOURS LATER. NO LONGER THAN 48 HOURS.
TIPS: GRAY OR WHITE HAIR MAY TURN RED/GREEN FOR THE FIRST 12 HOURS, DARKENING OVERNIGHT. DYE HAIR EARLY EVENING.
DYE WILL NOT PERMANENTLY STAIN THE FACE OR HAIRLINE. IF DYE IS PRESENT ON THE FACE IT WILL BE GONE IN SEVERAL HOURS.
OIL TREATMENTS/SHAMPOO HIGH IN OIL CAN PREVENT BROWNS AND REDS FROM WORKING IF DOING OIL TREATMENTS WASH HAIR 3 TIMES PRIOR TO APPLICATION.

I have short dark brown wavy hair. It is graying in patches. The deep cherry red henna colors the brown hair a deep red/brown and the grey parts are subtly more bright red. I use 1/3 package every 5 or 6 weeks to refresh. It’s so easy and convenient. I’ve been Earth henna for so long it’s become a signature no matter how I change the style. Grateful to Rod.
I love this hairdye! Makes my hair feel so healthy. I am giving a 4/5 stars because the color does bleed for a few weeks after the initial dye, and it can stain my towels.

The packets are generous. I have long, thick, curly hair and the contents covered my hair plenty. This product did not weigh down my curls.
My hair typically costs between $200-$300 to get dyed in the salon. So, this will save me money!

I have used other natural hair dye and they don't do anything for my hair. I have medium dark brown hair and I love that Earth dye red actually shows up, And my hair is super soft.
So... I've been using henna for a couple of years now and the henna from my previous company started turning my grays orange/copper which was not at all what I wanted compared to my previous experiences with deep red/ burgundy effects.
I found Earthdye through a post and decided to give it a try. I love the fact that all of the ingredients are still natural and I don't have to wait 4 hours for color release and an additional 4 hours of color deposit. This henna mix was ready as soon as I mixed it and after 1.5 hrs, I was ready to rinse. The color is PERFECT and it matches beautifully with my previous henna deposits. It is vibrant and my grays are back to being fabulous highlights. I'm looking forward to see how it goes from here. Love it so far!!
Thank you Erika. Other companies have tried to copy us over the past 18 years. We have seen many come and go; they cannot figure out the 1-hour process. Four hours is just too long, and you should not have to let the dye set out overnight either. We live in a fast-paced world now.
My go to for brightening dull auburn. I always get compliments on the color and my hair always feels great after use. Recommend for any and all <3

My mom and I have been using this deep red hair dye on over our dark blond hair for over a decade now. Can't express how much we like the rich red color. Beautiful color that lasts. We both gets lots of compliments from strangers. Yes, it will fade over time to a darker orangish red on lighter hair, but I find on me that I really only need to touch up my roots every few weeks and maybe go over my entire hair once or twice a year, unless I spend more time in the sun or wash my hair more often. My mom's fades a little quicker on her lighter hair. Love the product! I highly recommend it.
I have used Infinite Earth long since it was Henna Hut, and I've always had excellent merchandise and service. Today I am a little peeved because I haven't received my latest order. I had to reschedule my salon appointment because my color has not arrived, but this is just a small hiccup in a long history of excellent service. I will always be an Infinite Earth customer.
My apologies Cecilia, We ship the same day and unfortunately the post office has a lot of glitches even though they are charging more money. It is almost like they are working against us. While the majority of shipments make it on time, it is those that need it the fastest they seem take take the longest time. We highly recommend making a complaint with the post office. Our other choice is UPS and then it costs almost double. However, as the post office keeps raising prices, we will have no choice but to switch. We love our customers and are so very grateful!

I have been dealing with Henna Hut for 28 years. They have always been reliable and have the best customer service ever. As for the color! I get compliments almost every time I step out of the house. Young girls are especially impressed. The beautiful dark red is an excellent cover for my gray hair. I've never had the chance to see if it would fade on my new growth because it grows so fast. I'm sure it wouldn't though because the previously colored hair is always shiny and vibrant. I am throughly pleased with the product and the company.

I've been dying my hair with henna hut henna for over 10 years and I always have the best results. Both the deep red and regular red are just lovely. I do have lighter natural hair, dirty blonde, so that should be considered. But henna hut has consistently been reliable in product and service

I have med brown long hair, and I have used store bought dyes before and hated the smell and the damage it did to my hair.A few years ago I first tried earth dye dark red and loved it!! It's not like a burgundy/red wine color. And I have tried other henna hair dying brand since then, and non has come out with as much of a color change as earth dye has. So from now on I'm sticking to y'all.

Although the deep red is awesome on its own, I add burgundy to the mix so it won't turn too orange. Burgundy on its own is too dark for me.
I have been using this product for several years - it is my favourite colour of red and the color lasts quite a long time. I love that it’s all natural and I can do it myself as often as I would like for a reasonable price.
